Refund policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective.

Defective Items

If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at press@pollin.jp with a description of the issue.

After confirming the defect, we will offer either:

  • a replacement item

  • a refund

Shipping costs for defective items will be covered by us.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for any reason other than product defects.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued using the original payment method.
